LEAD WITH INCLUSION, AND SUCCEED WITH DIVERSITY.

The Diversity in Leadership (DIL) Program

DIL ushers in new possibilities for the communities we serve, supporting them in becoming locations of choice for young, thriving professionals and growing companies. The program prepares participants with concepts, tools, resources, and frameworks high-potential individuals require to advance their careers. Business school courses develop skills & knowledge, while personalized professional coaching and coursework develop the "Executive Mindset" required to thrive in a competitive workplace (and to earn their own coaching certification if desired). A work-related "Gate Project" contextualizes their learning through experiential learning, affording them the direction, protection, and order they need to grow.

MISSION

To serve as a catalyst for the advancement of aspiring executive-level leaders, facilitated through the development of talent pipelines for higher education and industry.

PURPOSE

To foster the professional growth and development of talent, acting as a vehicle for local firms to attract and retain talent, who are empowered to become change agents in communities across the country.
