We are excited to announce that the Diversity in Leadership Program is now accepting applications starting February 10th, 2023.
As a leading organization committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our work, we believe that individuals from diverse backgrounds bring unique perspectives and experiences that enrich our community and drive progress. We believe in advancing marginalized managers of color and women, developing their capacity to lead organizations.
The Diversity in Leadership Program offers participants a comprehensive and immersive experience that includes Five Transformational Business Courses :
Finance & Accounting For Leaders Understand and analyze financial statements for strategic decision making and financing decisions.
Leadership Communications Improve messaging to project presence and inspire others.
Business Analytics Explore options and gain insights through statistical methods and machine learning for better decisions.
Organizational Strategy Learn to analyze complex business situations and develop coherent corporate strategies.
Leading Organizations & Change Reduce resistance to change and employ techniques and strategies to build stakeholders’ commitment.
The DIL program develops “T-Shaped Leaders,” expanding upon their experiential/functional knowledge with the broad business knowledge and skills required to drive innovation & growth.
